Systems chosen one at a time, integrations that cost tens of thousands, and no single view of the portfolio.
Architecture Assessment. Three weeks to a clear picture.
For CIOs, CFOs and boards at residential operators, REITs and PropTech companies who want the next platform decision to be one they can defend, before a contract is signed.
What you get
An independent picture of your systems, what the integration debt costs you and a portfolio data model defined once, ending in a recommendation the board can take forward.
What the three weeks look like
Independent. Your systems, your integration debt and your portfolio data model assessed, with a platform shortlist where you need one.
- Week 1We go through your systems and the integrations between them with the people who run them: what connects, what does not, and what each workaround costs. You get: An assessment of your current systems and what the integration debt costs you.
- Week 2We define the portfolio data model and, where a selection is in play, the requirements and the shortlist, scored by people with no reseller interest. You get: Assets, units, leases, tenants and contracts defined once, and an independent shortlist where you need one.
- Week 3We write the recommendation and the plan for the proof of concept. You get: A recommendation you can take to the board, and the plan for proving it on your own data before anything is signed.
Where this leads
The assessment sets the plan. What follows is your call.
This assessment, 3 weeks
A written picture of where your systems stand, what integration debt costs you, and the decisions that follow from it.
Proof of concept, 8 weeks
A gated proof of concept on your shortlisted platform or target architecture, on your own data.
Build-out, then Managed Services
A composed architecture or a vertical platform, whichever the proof supports. We run it under a 12 to 24 month term.
Questions buyers ask
How long does the Architecture Assessment take?
3 weeks. Week 1 covers your systems and integration debt, week 2 the portfolio data model and, where a selection is in play, requirements and shortlist, and week 3 the recommendation.
What do we get at the end?
An assessment of what connects, what does not and what it costs, a portfolio data model with assets, units, leases, tenants and contracts defined once, and, where you are selecting a platform, an independent supplier shortlist.
Do we have to be selecting a new platform?
No. The assessment stands on its own. The shortlist is one module inside it, used only when a selection is in play.
How much does it cost?
Priced on request. We share the investment before you commit to anything.

What we have done in real estate
Three engagements, one for each step of the ladder, and what each one settled.
Agentic Readiness, for a European property software vendor
Every new client was configured by hand, from knowledge in consultants' heads. In a few weeks we built a working agent against their live platform, using standards derived from their own past implementations. Their consultants judged the standard and output good enough to take over much of the work. They left with the agent, the evidence, and a rollout plan.
Architecture Assessment, for a pan-European real estate organisation
A core platform was about to be chosen with no picture of what it had to fit into. We designed the target architecture first, then scanned the market against it: an independent shortlist with a cost range per option, where quotes for the same scope differed by a factor of three. The board got a shortlist it could defend and the figures behind its business case.
Agent Development, for a proptech platform
Tenant and back-office agents on a live portfolio, connected to the property management and service ticket systems. Answers are benchmarked before release and monitored after, each agent sees only what the person asking may see, and GDPR and the AI Act are designed in. Tenants get answers at any hour; the team gets the exceptions and a record of every action.
Three starting points, one discipline: prove the output on real data before building the plumbing, keep what the existing systems can carry, and the same people from first session to handover.
Based in the Netherlands and built for European enterprises: data sovereignty, GDPR and AI Act compliance from day one.
